We rang and spoke with Gwenda initially who was polite professional and helpful. We needed a zip replaced on our camper trailer. Chris did an excellent job after consulting us with how he was doing it. They ended up getting it done a day early which left more time for us to enjoy Albany. I would highly recommend this company.

Currently travelling in a Toyota Landcruiser with a 6x4 trailer. Had the canvas cover on the trailer split down the spine and edges on the way from Denmark to Albany. Dropped into Ken Stone at around 3pm to be fixed. They were not only able to re-stitch what had split, but re-stitched the whole thing that afternoon, and we picked it up the next day. Very happy with the price and customer service. They even flipped around, and pop riveted one of the canvas anchoring points that needed to be done. Highly recommend!

Wanted to add some eyelets to my van awning in lieu of the Velcro straps. Was going to do it myself when someone suggested these guys I but wasn’t holding my breath that they could do it as I was only in town a few days.Talked to David on the phone & he said bring it in for a look with no promises. Even though they were busy, he fitted it in & did it on the spot & at a very reasonable price. Looks like a great family business & I am one stoked customer.

A quote from a Perth upholsterer indicated that Ken Stone's was more than competitive, and we dropped our Commodore off at 10:00am for a full ceiling replacement. We told Gwenda we had traveled from Walpole, and were without a car for the duration. Being a rainy day, we were a bit limited in what we could do. An hour and a half later she rang to say they'd put 2 guys on it, and that it was ready. What a gal, and what great service! A really professional finish, and though only time will tell about the durability, we have full confidence that the quality will match the service. Very, very satisfied.
